Mix 1 heaped scoop (~50 g) with 500 ml of water in a bottle, shake well. During exercise consume ~500 ml every 45‑60 minutes (or as required). As part of a carbohydrate‑loading strategy, up to 4 servings per day may be used with or between meals.
